I am a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Energy and Technology Advantage practices.
I joined BCG in September 2020, bringing many years of professional experience in technology services and utilities across retail, distribution, transmission, and water.
I have extensive international work experience and exposure through global roles and assignments, in consulting and in industry. I have held positions as CIO and CTO, as well as partner roles with responsibility for business portfolios, business transformation, and complex projects. Before joining the firm, I held interim management roles as the owner of Lumana, and before that I worked at Accenture and Nokia.

Natalie Frow
Natalie joined DHL as Vice President for Home Delivery in January 2019 and is responsible for the operation of large item home delivery and in-home services for a wide range of leading retailers. Natalie brings a wealth of experience from Royal Mail where she has led large and complex operational networks.
To retain DHL’s standing in the market place as a leading fulfilment partner for large item home delivery and in-home services, Natalie is spear-heading a transformation of the customer propositions. Natalie has a data-centric and customer focused approach to the home delivery development and growth agenda; is partnering with some exciting fulfilment platform providers to ensure DHL’s customers get a world class delivery and services experience that matches and exceeds the changing retail landscape; and is driving increased digitisation, more delivery personalisation and providing value added services for customers. Natalie is part of the DHL UK Retail and Consumer senior leadership board.

Andrew Seirlis
Andrew has over 25 years supply chain and operational experience, having been involved in various industries including advertising, autoglass, FMCG, e-commerce and a stint running Zimbabwe’s first independent TV station. He successfully managed a Supply Chain Consulting business in South Africa before moving to UTi in 2003 and then in 2008 a move to the UK saw him leading the FMCG, followed by the Health & Beauty and Pharmaceutical Teams in EMEA for UTi, then DSV.
Before returning to DSV in August 2020 to head up the Consumer, Retail and Fashion Vertica; Andrew was the Senior Director, Head of Supply Chain for Groupon Goods International. Here he oversaw all the supply chain activities for Groupon Goods, including 3PL, Inventory Planning, and Distribution and was also a member of the Groupon Goods Executive.
In the fast paced world of e-commerce, the supply chain teams have to be fanatical in enhancing the customers’ experiences, whilst still managing the costs and cost drivers.
Andrew has had hands on experience in distribution centre & transport operations, inventory management, airfreight, ocean freight as well as managing complex global supply chains.
His passion for supply chain stems from the fact that it allows you to work with and impact all parts of a business.

Richard Lim
Richard previously headed up the ‘Retail Insight and Analytics’ team at the British Retail Consortium. Before that, he worked in mergers and acquisitions for Citi Group. He has a wealth of experience in data analytics, consumer research and macroeconomics, and is skilled in generating actionable insights for clients. Richard is based in London and has a keen interest in Behavioural Game Theory.

Dominic Hill is the VP of Logistics at Gelato. Gelato has built the world’s largest network for local production on demand on behalf of global e-commerce sellers, giving any e-commerce seller instant access to speed of delivery, global scale, and cost-efficient production and distribution of customized products across 130 production hubs in 32 countries. Gelato’s local presence empowers e-commerce sellers and creators while supporting a more sustainable production model. Because the orders are made locally and on-demand, no upfront investment or inventory is needed, and waste, transportation distances, and carbon emissions are drastically reduced. Faster, smarter, and greener. Prior to joining Gelato, alongside significant startup experience, Dominic has held various roles within the Logistics and Supply Chain space at companies such as Amazon, EY and Nestlé. Dominic holds a BSc in Chemistry with Management from the University of Warwick, and a Master’s in Management from Durham University Business School.

The experience in Supply Chain and Logistics will give a valuable insight into the rapidly changing world of sustainable logistics in last mile transport.

Bernhard manages the Postal Innovation Platform (PIP), an open platform and initiative focusing on innovation and the future for the postal and logistics industry. He previously worked for the Austrian Post and served on the Management Board of the International Post Corporation in Brussels for over five years. He is also a consultant for the postal and logistics sector, focusing on innovation, startups and transformation.
Bernhard is an entrepreneur, who founded a European platform solution for the wine industry providing full logistics, payment, tax, and duty administration support. Bernhard holds an LL.M from George Washington University, USA, and a J.D. from the University of Graz, Austria.

Alan Barrie
Alan Barrie is a high profile industry influencer and change leader with over 30 years senior executive experience in the eCommerce and postal logistics sectors. Alan’s early career in the Royal Mail Group culminated in key transformational roles as Change & IT Director in Post Office Ltd and Operational Design & Strategy Director in Royal Mail plc. In these roles he built his strong reputation for strategy development and delivery of large scale, demanding change programmes, often with major technology dependencies. Most recently he extended his experience into cross-border eCommerce in his role as Director Operations & Technology for International Post Corporation, based in Brussels. Building an eCommerce platform linking 185+ markets globally into a single, integrated entity was an exercise in technology infrastructure development at scale and complex international stakeholder management. Back in the UK Alan is now focused on accelerating sustainable solutions into the eCommerce sector, from both environmental and commercial perspectives.
