Nick Landon
Nick Landon was appointed Chief Commercial Officer for Royal Mail in June 2020
Nick was previously Chief Customer Officer for Royal Mail, Managing Director Royal
Mail Parcels, Customer Experience Director for Royal Mail and Sales and Marketing
Director for Parcelforce Worldwide. Nick has responsibility for all Royal Mail
revenue (c£8bn) and commercial teams in the UK, as well as all of Royal Mail’s
smaller P&L businesses. This includes Parcelforce Worldwide, Royal Mail Medical,
eCourier, Royal Mail Courier Services and Royal Mail Wholesale.
Nick led the commercial response during the pandemic including pitching our
services to Government.
Nick led the acquisition of a number of smaller businesses for the group, chairing
their boards after acquisition to help them develop and deploy clear strategies for
growth.
Nick has worked in Royal Mail Group since 1993 in a number of senior roles, has a
degree in Industrial Design (BA Hons) a Masters degree in Marketing (MSc) and is a
Chartered Marketer

Frank Croket
I am a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Energy and Technology Advantage practices.
I joined BCG in September 2020, bringing many years of professional experience in technology services and utilities across retail, distribution, transmission, and water.
I have extensive international work experience and exposure through global roles and assignments, in consulting and in industry. I have held positions as CIO and CTO, as well as partner roles with responsibility for business portfolios, business transformation, and complex projects. Before joining the firm, I held interim management roles as the owner of Lumana, and before that I worked at Accenture and Nokia.

Tia Wallace is a highly experienced professional with over 15 years of expertise in the logistics and supply chain
industry. As the Vice President of Ecommerce Business Development at DHL, the global leader in logistics
solutions, Tia is at the forefront of driving innovation and creating value for customers, stakeholders, and society as
a whole.
In her current role, Tia is responsible for the strategic development and implementation of ecommerce strategies,
solutions, and services across the UK and Ireland (UKI) region. She leads a dedicated team of business
development and account management professionals, guiding them in generating new business opportunities,
cultivating existing relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
With a deep understanding of the evolving ecommerce landscape, Tia leverages technology and innovation to
deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet the unique needs of DHL’s diverse portfolio of clients. She continuously
seeks out strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance DHL’s offerings and drive business growth.

Andrea Morgan-Vandome
Andrea Morgan-Vandome is Chief Innovation Officer of Blue Yonder. In this role she is responsible for industry strategy, product strategy, roadmap direction and acquisition strategy, go-to-market packaging and messaging, and new product introduction. Andrea will also partner with Blue Yonder’s product management team on innovation development and adoption in market.
Andrea has more than 25 years of leadership experience in the enterprise software, supply chain and the retail industry. She previously held executive roles at Nike, IBM Watson, Celect, Oracle, and Retek. Prior to joining Blue Yonder, Andrea was the Vice President of Product Management, Portfolio and Program at Nike, where she was responsible for the digital transformation across all technical products including planning, manufacturing, supply chain, and AI. Prior to Nike, Andrea served Chief Marketing and Product Officer at Celect (an AI/ML supply chain software company), which was acquired by Nike. She also served as Vice President of Product and Design for IBM Watson where was responsible for product strategy, product management, user experience/ visual design, and go to market approach for all Watson solutions. She has also held strategy, product management, consulting, and engineering positions at Oracle and Retek.
Jonathan Grothaus
Jonathan Grothaus studied economics at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich and completed international entrepreneurship programs at the University of Applied Sciences Munich (SCE) and the European Commission (Horizon 2020). After several years in the start-up scene, where he founded his own start-ups or built them up for investors, he followed his passion for Smart City and moved to Salzburg AG for energy, transport, and telecommunications. There, he was responsible for strategic mobility projects and the conceptual development of multi-utility products and new business areas in product and innovation management, among other things.
Since 2018, as Co-CEO & Founder of MYFLEXBOX, he has focused on the
development of provider-independent smart city logistics solutions for the last
mile and is in charge of market strategy, business model, and product

Proclaimed ‘an expert in designing products of tomorrow’, Jacek is fluent in the international courier and e-commerce industry, including driving traffic, international expansion using e-CRM, performance marketing, and loyalty management. He is an ex-CXO of InPost, the biggest European parcel lockers network, where he created its brand and legendary customer experience philosophy. His multicultural experience includes the Americas, Australia, Asia, and Europe.
Mia Yamaguchi
Mia Yamaguchi is the Retail Development Lead in the UK and Ireland, responsible for unlocking new delivery models in the retail industry using Uber’s delivery business. She is passionate about finding a last-mile delivery solution that meets various retailers’ needs.
Prior to Uber, Mia was Head of Acquisition at a fashion last-mile start up. Before then, Mia worked in Goldman Sachs in Tokyo. She holds a MBA from London Business School.
