As UK MD for JoyLogistics, Natalie is leading the establishment of a full end to end logistics capability to support JD.com’s entry into the UK market through its retail platform JoyBuy. Natalie also leads JD.com’s third party logistics capability in the UK. Prior to this, Natalie was MD for Ecommerce and Retail at DHL Supply Chain leading large-scale logistics and omnichannel fulfilment operations for major UK retailers.

From 2020 he has been VP International Business of Omniva and has seen the complete turnaround of its International Operations with establishment of strategic partnerships, development of IT and new products. Currently Sven is the CCO of Omniva. Sven has a doctoral degree in business management and has 2 daughters.

Felix Fiege is Managing Director, Retail of Fiege Logistics Group. He and his cousin are fifth generation of the family to run the company, having been at the helm since 2012. These days, he focuses on innovation and identifying new business opportunities both within and outside of the logistics industry in order to drive the FIEGE group forward in the age of digitalization and automation.

Andrew has over 25 years supply chain and operational experience, having been involved in various industries including advertising, autoglass, FMCG, e-commerce and a stint running Zimbabwe’s first independent TV station. He successfully managed a Supply Chain Consulting business in South Africa before moving to UTi in 2003 and then in 2008 a move to the UK saw him leading the FMCG, followed by the Health & Beauty and Pharmaceutical Teams in EMEA for UTi, then DSV.
Before returning to DSV in August 2020 to head up the Consumer, Retail and Fashion Vertica; Andrew was the Senior Director, Head of Supply Chain for Groupon Goods International. Here he oversaw all the supply chain activities for Groupon Goods, including 3PL, Inventory Planning, and Distribution and was also a member of the Groupon Goods Executive.
In the fast paced world of e-commerce, the supply chain teams have to be fanatical in enhancing the customers’ experiences, whilst still managing the costs and cost drivers.
Andrew has had hands on experience in distribution centre & transport operations, inventory management, airfreight, ocean freight as well as managing complex global supply chains.
His passion for supply chain stems from the fact that it allows you to work with and impact all parts of a business.

Dr Isabella Panovic
Dr Isabella Panovic is a Programme Manager at Innovate UK, managing the delivery of the UK Government’s £200m Zero Emission HGV & Infrastructure Demonstrator (ZEHID) programme. The programme is the UK’s key intervention towards decarbonising heavy duty road freight, aiming to increase HGV operator confidence and government understanding of various zero emission HGV technologies and their infrastructure requirements. Prior to joining the Land & Maritime Transport team at Innovate UK, Isabella has worked in R&D policy for several years to support development of other net zero technologies, such as offshore renewables and decarbonising heating and cooling. Isabella also completed a PhD at the University of St Andrews in Scotland, focussing on biorefineries and the chemistry of biomass.

Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Delivery Mates with significant experience in Supply Chain and Logistics across multiple sectors brings a unique perspective to the challenges in Supply Chain and Logistics. Currently running a number of operations that are driving the changes in order to meet the environmental and social responsibility challenges within Last Mile deliveries. With previous experience working for companies like Amazon and DHL, and more recently SMEs who are disrupting “the norm” with innovative and sustainable solutions for customers, this will give a balanced view. The experience in Supply Chain and Logistics will give a valuable insight into the rapidly changing world of sustainable logistics in last mile transport.

Dominic Hill is the VP of Logistics at Gelato. He previously worked for the Austrian Post and served on the Management Board of the International Post Corporation in Brussels for over five years. He is also a consultant for the postal and logistics sector, focusing on innovation, startups and transformation.
Bernhard is an entrepreneur, who founded a European platform solution for the wine industry providing full logistics, payment, tax, and duty administration support. Bernhard holds an LL.M from George Washington University, USA, and a J.D. from the University of Graz, Austria.
