Vytautas Bitinas, head of strategy and development, leads and drives major transformation projects, process division, strategy and innovations at Lithuanian Post.

Vytautas is planning, structuring and managing implementation of the future state of this postal organization, working in relatively small market of 40 million letters and 25 million parcels per year.

Prior to this role he worked in consulting, energy, telco and banking sectors in major transformation projects.

He holds master’s degree in computer science from Kaunas University of technology, various positions in innovation management organizations, training for creativity, strategy development an innovation management.
