Todd is a senior executive with over 15 years of experience in the Spanish retail industry. He crafted his knowledge during a successful career in Carrefour where he eventually ran the biggest store in Spain. Currently he runs operations for the Spanish Post Office with over 10,000 employees in 2400 physical locations.

Todd has extensive experience in transformation. He coordinated the 2012 Hypermarket Reinvention project for Carrefour and is currently the driving force behind the business transformation of the Post Office in Spain. During his leadership the Post Office has been successful in maintaining strong revenues while sales of core postal products continue to decline.

Todd is Canadian and has cultivated an International business perspective while working and living abroad for more than 20 years in Mexico, Italy, Kuwait, and Spain. Todd has an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona and a Finance Degree from Ryerson University in Toronto. He currently lives in Madrid with his wife and two young daughters.
