Tim is a core member of McKinsey’s Travel, Transport & Logistics practice. He advises leading logistics players and (r)etailers on commercial and operational transformation topics to do with e-commerce logistics. Besides his client work, Tim has repeatedly published knowledge in the space, most recently an article on “The endgame for postal networks”, and is currently co-leading a new cross-functional knowledge effort on the future role of omnichannel logistics.“
