TY is currently the Regional Head of Operations in Shopee, the fastest-growing e-commerce platform in Southeast-Asia and Taiwan. Shopee is supported by Sea, Southeast Asia’s largest internet platform provider.

As Regional Head of Operations, he oversees Ops functions from payment, logistics, to customer service, fraud matters. He is concurrently Head of People team.

Prior to Shopee, TY spent more than four years with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), and graduated with First Class Honors from Imperial College London.
