Stefani works at the heart of corporate innovation, growth acceleration and startup collaboration within Australia Post. As Head of Startup Venturing & Future Portfolios, Innovation and a foundation partner of Australia Post’s corporate innovation team, she is always looking for creative ways to enable new growth opportunities for Australia Post.

Responsible for leading creative engagement within Australia Post around innovation, Stefani also leads creating new innovation opportunities and partnerships externally through the Australian innovation ecosystem – startups, enterprise, universities and other venturing partners.

Stefani has worked as a senior innovation, corporate affairs and partnerships professional and is a serial intrepreneur. She does her best work bringing people together around new ideas, creating movements and leading through inspiration. Recently named one of Australia’s leading women in Australia’s corporate innovation ecosystem, Stefani is optimistic, strategic, adventurous, resilient and a persuasive people-person.
