Shinya KOIKE joined the former Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications Japan in 1992. He has wide range of experience in postal business including HR, operation, sales promotion and logistics solution division in Japan Post, as well as administrative functions in several Ministries of Japanese Government. He is currently the Executive Manager of Postal Business Planning Division, mainly in charge of improving postal and parcel services and developing new products with latest technologies.
