Sebastian is UiPath’s Global Manufacturing Lead and responsible for the Future of Manufacturing Industries. In his role, he’s actively supporting the digital transformation of industrial companies with a focus on applied technologies, digital ecosystems, and strategic partnerships. He also serves as Innovation Board Member of FORCAM (and the Dietmar Hopp family office) and Growth Equity Investor Advisory Partner for Digital+ Partners. Moreover, he is Advisory Council Member at Wargitsch Transformation Engineers. Prior in his career, Sebastian was responsible for Industry 4.0 and Future of Manufacturing Industries at Microsoft. Besides, Sebastian was heading Microsoft’s German Industry Advisory Board and served as Jury Member and Mentor within Microsoft’s ScaleUp program. Before joining Microsoft, Sebastian was a Vice President at ThyssenKrupp. In his role he was accountable for group-wide portfolio, performance, and commercial management as well as global lead for ThyssenKrupp’s digital transformation programs. Sebastian started his career in management consulting holding various management position within KPMG, pwc/PRTM as well as Computer Sciences Corporation.
