As head of Lazada eLogistics Group’s crossborder business unit, Sean is responsible for driving innovative Crossborder logistics solutions & services for Lazada and the broader Alibaba group business, and building logistics network into & within Southeast Asia incl. eWTP.

Prior to that, Sean took on other roles within the Lazada Group, which included driving technological advances for Lazada Group operation, boosting operation efficiency & scalability, and incubating Fulfillment by Lazada (FBL) service. He was also key in bringing in strategic accounts like Xiaomi.

Sean began his career at Oracle before joining Deutsche Post DHL Management Consulting in Germany. In the four years with the firms, Sean worked closely with group senior management on key strategic investment decisions. He also advised external clients in eCommerce Retail, Energy and Pharmaceutical on their supply chain and logistics transformation.

Sean was born and raised in Shandong, China. He graduated with double degree in Economics and Industrial Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
