Sari has over 25 years’ experience on software, process and practice development. She has been working in various roles like Software Engineer, Project and Program Manager, Quality Lead and Agile Transformation Lead in companies like Siemens, Comptel, Nokia and Posti.  

She has been working on transferring the companies into lean-agile enterprises targeting to produce maximum customer value in shortest sustainable lead time, with highest possible quality. She has been speaking in various conferences about the transformation challenges and learnings to help others with their own agile or digital transformation journeys.  

She lives in Finland with her family, which includes husband and three sons. Free time she’s spending with her family mostly at their cottage playing golf during the summer and skiing during the winter.
