Raphael is a hands-on CEO who brings his enthusiasm, leadership and experience to the team. He is in charge of SoNice’s business strategy.

Raphael has lived in Vietnam since 2011 and gained considerable management experience and understanding of the culture and local business practices. Back in mid-2016, Raphael, together with Vanessa, spotted the niche to enable Vietnamese designers and makers and to scale their upstarting businesses.

Prior to SoNice, he held senior positions in Trading, Private Banking, and Investment Research with Viet Capital Securities (Vietnam) and Credit Suisse (Switzerland and Singapore). Raphael holds a Management Degree from the KV Commercial School, St. Gallen.
