Paul joined Asda in 2006 and has held a variety of senior leadership roles across logistics in operations, strategy and operating model development.

More recently Paul and his team have been focussed on delivering the toyou click & collect proposition. Starting in 2013 Asda began a significant business transformation project connecting its depots, trucks, and stores on a next generation systems platform, utilising kiosk and smart phone technology in stores and at drive thru locations and implementing a brand new tracking website www.toyou.co.uk . Asda launched the toyou services in Q4 2015, the UK’s first third party PUDO service owned and operated by one business end to end.  Paul now runs the toyou business and is the Senior Director for toyou in Asda.
