Since joining Yodel in April 2016, Patrick has been reshaping the independent parcel carrier’s go-to-market strategy, with the aim of better serving retailers’ needs and ensuring higher customer satisfaction.
The company, which delivers over 155 million parcels each year, both into a store and direct to consumers, offers a range of services including a liveried van network, local couriers and through CollectPlus, a click and collect service now available in over 6,000 outlets nationwide.
Patrick has worked in client facing roles for 20 years and has a passion for delivering innovative, insight-driven and effective market solutions. A senior member of the leadership team within Yodel, he has responsibility for marketing, communications and new product development.
Prior to joining Yodel Patrick spent 10 years at Coca-Cola in client, marketing and supply chain leadership roles. His background is working in SMEs in the BPO and technology sectors driving customer service propositions.
Outside of work, Patrick is equally driven. A keen cyclist, avid sports fan and father of three, he has recently completed his own home build.
