Paola Piscioneri currently serves as Director of Digital and Global Research at the U.S Postal Service Office of Inspector General Risk Analysis Research Center. She joined the USPS OIG in 2011, where she has been leading research projects in the field of postal digital innovation, new products and services and international postal issues. Prior to joining the USPS OIG, Paola was Manager of Strategic Development for Click2Mail, an affiliate partner of the Postal Service providing mailing services online. From 2002 to 2009, she served as Program Manager of International Relations at Poste Italiane in the Strategic Planning-International Relations Unit. She represented Poste Italiane at the Universal Postal Union on matters relating to new digital postal services.
