Norbert is the General Manager of Investments & Ventures at New Zealand Post and is responsible for a portfolio of adjacent businesses including a NZ Posts majority share in a retail bank and NZ’s largest Customer Communication Management business. Norbert’s role is to evolve this portfolio towards new innovative or adjacent opportunities that drive future value in logistics and e-commerce.

Prior to NZ Post, Norbert was a Partner in a local management consulting firm specialising in strategy, product-to-market and technology delivery. Norbert has senior management experience in corporate and start-ups in several industries and has a background in Finance.
