A seasoned National Distribution and Fleet Director currently accountable for the Royal Mail middle mile through a vast road and air network with over 6000 trips daily rising to 12000 at peak period. In addition maintaining and procuring entire RM fleet, just over 53000 assets. Overhauled RM middle mile quality, efficiency and safety over the last few years, currently leading the modernisation to ways of working including the introduction of state of the art telemetry. Passionate about my team and putting RM Transport at the front of the ESG agenda. Out of work enjoy Rugby Union especially any opportunity to support Ireland with friends and family.
