Mustafa Ebadi is Chief Operating Officer at SOTI where he oversees strategy, innovation, planning, and execution of SOTI’s Global Operations, HR, Customer Experience and IT Portfolios. Mustafa leverages more than 17 years of experience leading strategy and innovation to help grow SOTI’s operations and help its customers build or rebuild departments through people management, process re-engineering, and effective technology adoption. Prior to joining SOTI, Mustafa held IT leadership roles at Softchoice and Sitel. Mustafa holds a B.S. in Software Engineering from the University of Ottawa.
