Monica has worked in Marketing for Retail for the past 18 years, focusing on building relationships and CRM. Drawing on relevant work experience within food retailers such as Coop Italia and Interdis, she began working in fashion retail 7 years ago in her current role as OVS Group E-Commerce, CRM, Web & Digital Marketing Director.

During this time she has invigorated all aspects of their omni-channel strategy in terms of data analysis and introduction of new technology to create innovative ways of reaching customers whilst maintaining a single customer view.
