Mladen Puzak has a Bachelor degree in Transport from the Faculty of Transport and Engineering at the University of Zagreb. Since 2016 he has held the position of Executive Director of the Express Services Division at Croatian Post (hpekspres). Hpekpres is the only service that evenly covers the entire territory of the Republic of Croatia and guarantees next day parcel delivery at over 200 localities. He is also a Member of the Supervisory Board at MIPS d.o.o. (IT development company) and „Zaklada Vaša pošta“ (social responsibility foundation). Before joining Croatian Post he was a Board Member, Director of Logistics and organizational development at Trast d.d as well as IT & Process Manager and Board Member in Overseas Trade Co Ltd d.o.o.
