Following a career with Unilever and Nestlé, Michiel Nieuwkerk founded ViaTim in 2015 from his frustration that when he ordered something online the order was delivered when he was not at home. Now 4 years later ViaTim has over 300 ViaTim points servicing: UPS, DHL and DPD and their customers in The Netherlands. A ViaTim point is a qualified neighbour, a private person who is a servicepoint for his/her neighbourhood and from where people can: pickup, send or home receive parcels with an unique service of ‘Your parcel at your time’.
