Michiel is lead in the implementation and improvement of innovation and portfolio management in the parcels division of PostNL. As the company is undergoing an agile transformation, innovation and validation is an important stepping stone in achieving the strategic goals effectively.

With thorough experience in logistics (13+ years), from warehousing and automotive to e-commerce logistics, combined with strong acumen in Lean, Agile and Lean Start-up, Michiel combines entrepreneurial mindset with process ~ and strategic thinking.

At PostNL, Michiel has held a number of roles, including leading the launch of a start-up in an adjacent (Horizon 2) innovation.
