Matthias Hofmann, Head of Strategic Network Planning & Management at Austrian Post

Matthias started his professional career as consultant of international companies in the field of process, production and supply chain optimization. At Austrian Post he served in several roles always being highly involved in strategic projects. After heading an internal consulting team, since 2020 he has been responsible for the strategic planning and development of the logistics network, process and supply chain optimization and fleet management not only for the logistics network in Austria but also for the international operations of Austrian Post in CEE.
