Matt helps strategic players think through growth, with a focus on the transportation and logistics space. He has served clients across the full inorganic deal-cycle, from initial strategy formation to related sector scans to diligence and through to integration and value capture. He has also led many complex, multi-levered growth transformations—setting the operating cadence, driving decision making, and coordinating across many moving parts—covering sales, marketing, and customer experience.
Matthew has a passion for assisting executive teams in high-intensity situations and has a knack for simplifying and prioritizing to help make rapid decisions. He has an MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar, an MEd in Learning Technology, and a BA in Mathematics from Duke University.
