Mark has been working in the UK mail and parcel delivery market since 1991. He spent 4 years in business development with Parceline before it became DPD and a further 4 years with Target Express as General Manager International Mail  before City Link owner Better Capital acquired it. Mark founded startup Mail Workshop Ltd in 2003 and then Parcelhub Ltd in 2008. As Founder and CEO he grew the businesses to £21 million in sales culminating in Whistl UK acquiring both businesses in June last year. Still at the helm, Mark ensures Parcelhub continues to innovate and deliver market leading carrier management and customer service solutions embracing technology that delivers shippers best-in-class value added solutions.

Mark has a deep understanding in the eCommerce arena both as buyer and seller of delivery solutions: delivery metrics, Customer Experience, Cross Border inbound and outbound, Returns, Seller platforms, APIs and associated technologies.
