Dr. Malte Hans is an Associate Partner in McKinsey’s Cologne office and has been with the firm since 2012. He is working at the intersection of the global logistics and the commercial vehicle sector focusing on the topics of digitization, electrification, and autonomy of commercial vehicles in conjunction with optimizing middle and last mile logistics networks.  

Malte has a master’s degree in industrial engineering with focus on operations research and production technology from RWTH Aachen, KTH Stockholm and UC Berkeley. In addition, he holds a doctorate from RWTH Aachen’s chair of entrepreneurship.
