Kang Zhang leads the International CBT shipping team for eBay.  His primary responsibilities include managing large teams in Greater China (China/HK/Taiwan), and support regions engaged in international cross-border business; ensuring delivery experience for hundreds of million shipments originating from the region; and developing and executing game changing logistics and fulfillment solutions, including the recently launched SpeedPAK service to world-wide corridors.

Prior to eBay, Kang Zhang served as an executive in the United Postal Service. In that role, he was responsible for leading the organization’s global business development activities and solutions development. Under his management, US Postal Service developed the popular ePacket service from China to the US in 2010, a hallmark service for cross border eCommerce.”
