Karlijn works as a Startup Scout for the Innovation Studio of PostNL. Karlijn’s goal is to collaborate with startups, corporates, network organizations and universities, in order to accelerate innovation. She focuses on challenges within the core of the organization as well as developing new business models. With an open innovation perspective Karlijn connects the inside with the outside world. Her goal is to combine PostNL’s corporate strengths with the talents of startups to find a common ground for collaboration.
