Juan-Manuel Serrano-Quintana, President and CEO of Correos, appointed since July 2018.
Born in Madrid in 1974, Mr. Serrano holds a Degree in IT Technical Engineering from the Spanish Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca and a Degree in Law from the Spanish Open University, Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED).

Mr. Serrano has previously performed his duties as the Head of Cabinet at the Federal Executive Committee of the Spanish Socialist Party.

He has developed most of his career at the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP), where he held senior executive positions as Director of Systems and Senior Vice President for Corporate Agreements. In 2007, Mr. Serrano was appointed Chair of the FEMP, and, among other tasks, the supervision and management of Economic, Financial, Organisational and HR Areas were also a part of his responsibilities.
