Jon is responsible for the delivery experience on the country’s largest marketplace. This entails developing the right tools to enable better shipping practices for both consumer and private sellers selling domestically and internationally, as well as leveraging logistics to raise the bar on the customer experience. Most recently, Jon has led the strategic expansion of the Click and Collect proposition, initiated a new integrated shipping services platform in conjunction with Shutl, and launched the distinctive eBay packaging range.
