As CEO of strategy consultancy, Ursa Major Associates, LLC, John Callan advises clients riding the high-velocity wave of innovation along the global postal-parcel-logistics-delivery value chain. From his founding of Calico Air Courier in 1974 and its acquisition by DHL in 1979, John held senior executive roles at industry leaders DHL, TNT and Purolator in the 1980s. He managed startups in the 1990’s before assuming consulting roles at USPS and co-founding Ursa Major in 2001.
