As Senior Director Environmental Affairs and Corporate Sustainability, Jennifer leads the Postal Service’s efforts to adopt sustainable business practices and ensure environmental compliance. She also serves as the USPS Chief Sustainability Officer and Chief Environmental Officer.

An architect by training, Jennifer joined the Postal Service in 1996 as an Architect/Engineer. Prior to joining the Postal Service, Jennifer worked for 12 years managing design and construction activities in the commercial and retail sector.

Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Virginia Tech University and pursued her Master’s degree in architecture at the Université Pedagogique d’Architecture de St. Etienne in France.
