James Chang is Chief Crossborder Officer of Lazada eLogistics Group, based in Singapore.

He is responsible for strategic development and operations of the fast-growing crossborder business across Hong Kong and China.

James has been with Lazada Group since 2012, and has served in various roles across Southeast Asia – including as Chief Operating Officer of Lazada Philippines, and Executive Vice President of Operations of Lazada Group.
