İsmail Köse, born in 1977 in Frankfurt, graduated with honors in Computer Science and Engineering at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences. After working as Project Manager in Hessen Province Ministry of Education between 2003-2006, IT Director in several companies between the years 2005-2008, Technology Advisor for Deutchebank and Commerzbank within the Logica 2008-2012, Deputy Director General of IGMG&U for Saudi Arabia between 2012-2014, made his return to Turkey and worked as Project and Cyber Security Manager in TEI and HAVELSAN. After starting to work as Advisor to the Director General in Turkish Post (PTT), he assumed the Board membership in PTT Information Technologies Corp and, General Directorship position in the same on behalf of PTT. He is married, has two children, and speaks German, Arabic and English.
