Hermann is head of process management mail and parcels of Austrian Post, leading a team of 40 high qualified experts to set up new process, new solutions for senders and receivers and optimize the postal processes with a strong focus on quality.

He joined Austrian Post in 1998 and has deep experience in post and parcel operations, starting in the cost accounting department to set up an abc cost model with strong focus on the processes and their optimization. Since 2005 he has been responsible for the process management in mail and played a key role in the optimization of the mail centers and the joint delivery of mail and parcels. Since 2019 he has also become responsible for the processes in parcel operations.

Hermann has a degree in business informatics of the University in Vienna and a Master of Business Administration from the Business University of Vienna.
