Elaine Kerr became CEO DPD UK in June 2021. Elaine has worked for DPD for over 28 years, joining as a Sales Executive, then Customer Relationship Manager and Head of CRM before being promoted to the DPD UK senior management team in 2008 as Director of Sales & CRM.

In 2020, Elaine became Executive Director, Sales, CRM and Customer Services and is passionate about customers being at the heart of everything DPD does.

Under her leadership DPD is focused on continuously improving the customer experience, utilising cutting-edge technology and the latest innovations whilst being the UK’s most sustainable delivery company.
