Denis Joram has been Chief Economist in the European and National Regulation Division of La Poste since 2006. Between 1996 – 2006 he was Director of Costing and Strategic Planning at Cegetel, now a wholly owned subsidiary of the French telecommunications company SFR, with further responsibilities in regulatory and international affairs also.

Prior to that, Denis was a researcher on networks economics and an economic expert in European projects at Orange between 1987 – 1996.

Denis has a Ph. D in Economics from the University of Caen, and an MSc in Demographics from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. He is also Chair of the Postal Directive Working Group at PostEurop.
