Appointed Head of Supply Chain & Logistics for the Houzz International Marketplace in 2017, after a year and a half spent in implementing the Operations, Damien is now overseeing the International Supply Chain for the US-based marketplace and managing the global European Logistics implementation.

Double-graduated in Law and Business, Damien started in the Financial sector, where he provided Tax Consultancy Services for Real-Estate investment funds within PWC.

After 3 years in the Financial sector and a one-year challenge in Australia in the Food Import Industry, Damien decided to tackle E-commerce challenges, where physical constraints meet the digital world and an extremely high level of Customer Expectations.

Driving the Operations for a furniture marketplace established since its origin in a cross-border environment and with a multi-cultural team is one of the most rewarding challenge he’s been facing in his short but exciting career.
