Christelle Defaye-Geneste is Chair of the Customs Group of the Universal Postal Union (UPU) and co-Chair of the WCO-UPU contact committee. With almost fifteen years’ experience within the French postal operator (Le Groupe La Poste), Christelle is Director for Customs since 2012. In addition, Christelle is Director for European affairs and manages La Poste permanent office to the European institutions and is based in Brussels since 2018. Christelle previously worked in various positions related to institutional relations and public affairs.
