Beatrice Manso possesses extensive experience in Supply Chain and Operations, with ten years of dedicated work within the eCommerce and D2C industry. Her professional journey has encompassed roles in Project Management, Operations Management, and Quality and Continuous Improvement programs. Today she is Supply Chain Lead of Mars – Petcare division. After completing her Master’s in International Management at IE Business School and an exchange program at Fudan University in Shanghai, Beatrice entered the world of Operations, joining YOOX Net-a-Porter, a pioneering company in the field of eCommerce. For eight years, Beatrice has worked with prominent luxury and eCommerce brands, including Kering, Gucci, YNAP, and Richemont. Her passion and motivation have consistently led her to prioritize customer-centric operations and service excellence. In her current role at MARS Petcare, Beatrice collaborates with supply chains worldwide, designing tailored solutions and developing effective strategies to enhance their operations. Her primary focus remains on data-driven decision-making and a customer-centric approach, particularly in serving her most important customers: pets.
