Annette was appointed to the role of EGM International Services in June 2018, having had a distinguished career in major companies within the logistics, legal, corporate and financial sectors.

An influential leader at Linfox for more than a decade, Annette held multiple senior executive roles in the ANZ business including CEO (2014-2018) and General Counsel & Company Secretary (2009-2014).

Under Annette’s leadership, Linfox set a new corporate strategy, exceeded its financial, new business and safety targets and made several significant strategic acquisitions. During this time the Linfox IT strategy was repositioned to take advantage of new technology.

Annette’s extensive board experience includes several years as Chair of BevChain overseeing the growth of the successful joint venture between Linfox and Lion.

Annette places particular value on judgement and generosity in modern executives and is focused on enabling organisations to reach their full potential within an accountable and collaborative culture.

Annette has held senior roles within major companies including Mallesons, Allens and Lend Lease Corporation.

Annette is a trusted mentor of female staff within the traditionally male-dominated logistics industry and is committed to supporting inclusive workplaces that promote greater diversity. Her commitment to developing people is evidenced by the number of direct reports who have now taken on senior roles within the Asia-Pacific region.

Born in Melbourne, Australia, Annette has worked and lived in Japan and holds a degree in Arts/Law from Monash University.
