Andris Eglajs is the Head of Business Development and Innovation and the Deputy Director International Affairs of Latvijas Pasts, the designated postal operator in Latvia and the holder of the widest network in the Baltic region. Acknowledging that the Northern European market and economics is one of the fastest growing, Andris holds the key initiatives and global solutions for international e-commerce development, especially among the Asia and CIS region. By closely working together with the Management Board, he has been capable to prove his efforts worthy by extending the customs clearance processes, growing the sales of cross-border commerce and introducing a new culture of innovation management in the company.
