Andrea is an international business professional with +20 years of experience in Global Supply Chain Operations, including Fulfillment, Logistics, Freight Security and Project Management for global organizations (Intel, Apple, Amazon, Fitbit, Snapchat, PMI). In addition, Andrea’s cross-cultural experience includes horizontal leadership activities covering West & Eastern Europe, the Middle East, North & South Americas, and Asia.

Under her leadership, Estée Lauder is focused on continuously improving Global Fulfillment. Focus is on the company’s online acceleration, warehouse and transportation global capacity, disruption management, fulfilment sustainability, and continuous process improvements through innovation.
