Alistair Mearns works in the EMEA solutions consulting team at Verint Systems.  Alistair is responsible for product awareness, partner sales and pre-sales enablement and translating customer requirements into viable solutions. Alistair holds a CCXP accreditation and speaks French and German.  Alistair has over fifteen years of experience in application consulting , focusing mainly in the contact centre area and has been with Verint for over five years.  Prior to joining Verint, Alistair worked with systems integrators for ten years, specialising in application consulting and solution design.
