Alexander is Co-Founder and CEO of byrd. During his bachelor’s degree he pursued a specialization in entrepreneurship & innovation at Vienna University of Business and Economics. He then accomplished his master’s degree in Land Economy at the University of Cambridge. During that time he took the position as president of the Cambridge University Boat Club. After his graduation he decided not to pursue a career as a professional rower neither as London investment banker, but to follow his passion as an entrepreneur and founded the startup byrd.
