He joined Indonesia Post in 1993. After completing his undergraduate education in Diponegoro University Semarang, Agus joined the Higher Education Post in 1993. After that, he underwent a tour of duty in several areas assignment as a Vice President of Business Development at the Headquarters of Bandung 2009-2010, a Regional Head III of South Sumatra 2010-2012, and in 2012-2014 as one of the directors of a subsidiary of Indonesia Post (PT Pos Logistics Indonesia) where he was involved in logistics. He is currently the Director of Postal Operations for Post Indonesia.
