- Registration opens at 8.30am.
- You will print off your badge on the iPad at registration.

- Download the MarketforceLive networking app. While you can access it on a laptop, we recommend you download the app on a tablet or mobile device, so that you can easily be kept up-to-date on when you have meetings coming up or when you have a new meeting request.
- Go to your meetings. We’ve partnered with the networking app Grip, so make sure you check the app regularly throughout the day in order to make all your scheduled meetings! There will be a dedicated Networking Zone, to make it as easy as possible for you to meet your best possible connections.
- Share your feedback. Towards the end of the conference days, we’ll be sending an email through asking for feedback. Your feedback is invaluable to us to make sure our conferences are the best they can be.
- We’re here to help you. Should you have any questions on the day, do speak to an event representative at any point throughout the event days.
- Log back in to the networking app. This is where any conversations you have will remain open, until you no longer need them.

Twickenham Stadium is ideally located just a 10 minute walk from Twickenham Rail Station and only 6 miles from Heathrow airport. There are excellent road links from the M3, M4 and M25 and ample complimentary car and coach parking onsite.

Car:
From M25, exit at J12 onto M3. This becomes the A316, and Twickenham Stadium is off the Whitton Road roundabout next to the Lexus / Toyota car dealership. From London, turn right off the A316 at Whitton Road roundabout.
Please do leave additional time if you are arriving at the stadium during peak travel hours as the A316 can be busy during this time.
