This rate is available for retailers only. A retailer is a business or person that sells goods or services directly to consumers. They act as an intermediary between producers or wholesalers and consumers, purchasing products in bulk and then selling them to individual customers through physical or online stores. Service providers, including consultants, outsourcing services providers, managing agents, IT providers and solicitors are not eligible for this rate.
